Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport At Gateway Village

We had a quite comfortable stay on a short business trip.

The hotel's location was great and fantastic to Disney World area attractions.

A fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area in the room, favourable and ideal location. Spacious bedrooms. Nice pool, parking on site.

Location: the hotel was near the airport, Universal parks, restaurants. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. Loved the room with a very comfortable bed, my bed was good. Having a hairdryer, a shower cap and towels was a bonus.

It is close to the airport. As I arrived late in the evening, it was great to have a shuttle, free of charge, to take me to the hotel, less than 10mins away. Great breakfast, which is complimentary. Free internet. Complimentary washing powder etc, to use in coin operated laundry room.

Cofee/tea making facilities were left on a shelf in the bathroom!

The breakfast options exceeded my expectations for complimentary fare. The staff ensured every area of the hotel was clean.

Too many charges on my card that were not mine. I had prepaid for the discount which was wonderful. All are not resolved as yet

Comfortable classy hotel location near to Close to restaurants for a choice of lunch, Orlando airport, and an early morning flight. Also, to the movie theater. A nice size and well priced units on upper level instead of main level and very efficient staff. Well-stocked and good hot breakfast with lots of savoury food.

We requested a morning wake up call and didn't get it.

I enjoyed my stay with friendly staff who provided helpful assistance during my visit. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, the automatic door closures were quite strong, making it challenging for individuals with mobility issues to enter their rooms comfortably.

The room was well_ laid out.

Room was clean, but I found hair in the bed linens.

The breakfast was super tasty with freshly made waffle stations 😋 The only downside was that the beds felt kinda hard, hard to sleep well. Still, an overall great stay!
